Halloween Party - ASYLUM
Theme party "ASYLUM" - Psychiatric hospital early 1900s
Based on the famous ‘900 psychiatric hospital ASYLUM, and inspired by the famous movie and best seller, for this Halloween party we created a perfect horror environment in a former ball room.
The whole location was covered internally with MDF panels ( highly ecological wood) painted with penicillin green paint to simulate mold and partially covered with white tiles splashed with fake blood. The floor and ceiling were covered with black sheets.
The fake bathroom was built for the event with a vintage sink with a pressure tap with colored water to simulate blood.
All vintage furnishings have been rented from the Historical Art Museum. The objects used in the dancers performances such as wheelchairs, prostheses, glasses and ampoules, the basins and the hospital beds are original pieces from the ‘900. An electric chair built with the geyser and smoke effect incorporated and remote controlled dummies completed the scenography.
